For the 2013-01-09 meeting as Feature was announced on devel-announce list on 2013-01-02.

As a general note for future submissions, it would be better to provide the link to the devel@ mailing list archive thread instead of devel-announce@. http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-January/175773.html actually captures the discussion on concerns, whereas the link in the description is just the announce.

This was deferred as an F19 Feature in today's FESCo meeting.

F19 DualstackNetworking is deferred as the feature is too vague and it is not clear that this is more than a general improvement in existing IPv6/dual stack support.

FESCo encourages you to more narrowly scope your feature into exactly what you propose to change/enhance, and more clearly highlight the existing tracker bugs you have opened. There are also outstanding questions to answer on the development list and the Talk page in the wiki. Once that is done you may resubmit it for approval.

The feature page was rewritten. Now are goals of this feature obvious.

Due to rename I suppose it should be reannounced as well.

I don't know if this is still on our agenda for today's meeting, but since I can't be there for the whole thing I'm going to vote +1 in the ticket to accept the revised Feature.

Carlos O'Donnel added himself to the list of feature owners to confirm his participation.

For the 2013-01-23 meeting as Feature was announced on devel-announce list on 2013-01-16.

From 2013-01-23 FESCo meeting:

AGREED: F19 Feature: Fix Network Name Resolution is approved (+:9, -:0) (notting, 18:13:50)
