This is too update that Liberation 2.0 is fuzzy with respect to liberation 1.0. People from community reported it as a regression. Discussion on this has happened in fedora-i18n weekly meeting. https://fedorahosted.org/i18n/ticket/8
And today it is decided to defer this feature till Liberation2.0 does not get hinting output nearer to Liberation 1.0

I am requesting here to please update release notes accordingly. And let me know if any specific action required from me.
zoglesby from the docs team promised to make sure the documentation will be taken care of; I'm not sure whether anything else needs to be done.
