Please add provenpackager ACL to jnovy.
= Problem space =
Provenpackager privileges would be greatly appreciated because I need to take care of the basic utilities usually in CRITPATH such as rpm, libdb, xz which need to follow a special procedure while updating them in rawhide and Fedoras. The dependencies to these packages are quite wide and increasing in number. Update process requires me to have commit access to packages I need to add to updates which is especially annoying for cases like these:
