I feel that the poll is very limited. You only marked the times when you are available as possible times. As we both live in the same timezone, this will work for us, but I doubt that it works for the others.

The person who sets up the poll should mark the whole day and then mark the times he is available like all other voters.

Meetings are now Mondays, 1700 UTC. (1300 Eastern, 1900 Brno).
