Request to approve icedtea-web as a feature for F15

= Overview =

IcedTea-Web should be a feature for F15. I have created a feature page with all the details here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/F15IcedTeaWeb

= Problem space =

I realize that this is too late in the cycle, but the work is already 100% complete and the RPM is in F15 already. I am fine if this proposal gets rejected, but it is worth a try...

IcedTea-Web is a new RPM containing the Java plugin and Web Start implementations. The upstream project is a split from the IcedTea project. It offers numerous benefits to Fedora users, all listed on the feature page.

The RPM is already in F15, marked stable. I think it should have a feature page just so that it will get more exposure that is all. The development work is 100% complete. I have also included notes about it in the beats:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats/Desktop#Java

Adding meeting keyword.
Will discuss at our next meeting.

I'm +1 to this; it's essentially just post-documenting something that's already there, and was there by the (slipped) feature freeze.

This late feature was approved.
