+1. The feature isn't clear - is this intended to ever work in non-UEFI environments? (I assume not.)
There are some technical hurdles on that front that may make reliable BIOS support insurmountable, so right now I'm not planning for BIOS support. If there's high demand, I may re-evaluate that in the future. If so I'll file another feature for that.
