Please change the package owner of the ddclient package soon, as "subhodip" is unfortunately nonresponsive for ages now. He didn't also reply to my e-mails in the past.

All the mentioned bug reports are pretty old and should have been fixed by the package owner already in the past. Given these facts, I'm seriously questioning whether the current package owner is able to care and maintain the ddclient package at all.
Please re-assign package ownership from "subhodip" to "robert", as I'm somehow the only caring person in the last two years. I'm already maintainer for the EPEL branches, but not for Fedora.

If he is unresponsive, you should officially start the https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers
Since there's no urgency here, just use the regular process.
