#367 fesco wiki pages are out of date

= Proposal topic =

Update your wiki pages to reflect current practices

= Problem space =
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Engineering_Steering_Committee

The "agenda" and "meeting minutes" sections do not reflect current practices and point to pages that have not be updated in a long time.

Update the pages

Cleaned up the page some. Can you take a look and see if you see anything out of date now?

Looking great. Only problem I see now is that starting at http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/ I can't figure out where to find the FESCo meeting minutes beyond looking through every date under fedora-meeting which seems more painful than it needs to be.

Yeah, I am open to suggestion on that one. Adding a link to every meeting could be anoying.
Would a "meetings are tuesdays and the files are named 'fesco'" be sufficent?

Or perhaps we could look to a google search or something for it?

Or perhaps we could get someone to implement something with symlinks on our side to put all the ones in the same dir?

It does take a little bit of manual effort. I would suggest a page like:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Board/Meetings.

I'm not sure there is an easier way, but if transparency and ease of finding the information is important it should be easy to find minutes very quickly and directly.

I have setup:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FESCo_meetings

What information would be good to have there? Or is just links to the meetings acceptable?

I think that is very nice and works well! I think you can stop there. Thanks for making it easy for people to find specific meetings.

ok, shall we close this out now or is there anything further to do here?

this is excellent. all done from my perspective--CLOSING.
