#244 Reconsider Moblin Feature for Fedora 12

I'm concerned about FESCo's decision to drop this feature for Fedora 12. The more that I think about this, the more I agree with what Peter has written above. I think that Moblin support in Fedora is something that is useful to a wide audience of users, and that Peter has made every effort to address the concerns raised by FESCo.

Please reconsider the Moblin feature at your next meeting.

At the very least, the feature needs to be rescoped to stop promising the nonexisting spin (i.e. edited to remove the references to the spin throughout). This is the responsibility of the feature owner, not FESCo. Normally, this should have been done '''before''' the feature was put on FESCO's list for axing, but at least it should get done now, before the meeting this Friday!

As for the big difference to GNOME and KDE, it's the state of completion of the respective features:
* KDE 4.3.0 was released and imported before the feature freeze, and the KDE 4.3 feature is now marked as 100% complete.
* As for GNOME 2.28, a near-final development (2.27.x) version is in and no components are missing/unreviewed.

I will review the feature request and revise it to reflect the above suggested by Friday in time for FESCo's meeting. I'll do my best to be there if possible as well.

I have updated the Feature page, in particular the scope. A review and feedback would be appreciated.

Feature with reduced scope was accepted for F12.
