This really doesn't feel like a feature to me. Especially not of F12. Just my 2c

Sorry for being terse, as requested, here's a little on what we'd like the board to do.

Approve a proposal which explains what updates are considered in scope, for how long, and that it's OK to use Fedora Infrastructure and the trademark for this.

Following that, FESCo will define the technical feasibility/implementation of the proposal. This includes many issues:

• CVS/lookaside cache resources
• Koji capacity
• Bodhi changes
• Master mirror space
• releng resources (both human and technical)

And probably lots more that I'm forgetting at the moment.
