The rnapshot package had the upstream move and releases have been missed.
The bug alerting of this was filed 12/9/16

As per the unresponsive maintainer process comments have been added requesting an update and the needsinfo flag set.
When there was still no response a message to fedora-devel was sent and a further comment on the bug added.

Can you please approve a takeover of the package as i'm willing to provide maintenance for it going forwards.
