Please follow the process. You opened the bugzilla ticket and same time reported to FESCo. Have you tried to contact the mailman package owner first? You should have waited for 3 weeks to report this FESCo ticket.

I'm going to go ahead and close this now as there's nothing for FESCo to do here.
