As part of my responsibilities in platform enablement (for ARM), I have been fixing a wide variety of packages which FTBFS during mass rebuilds since the F21 cycle. My arch-maintainer privileges allow me to commit to any branch of git and push builds to rawhide, but not to bodhi. However, the narrow window between the mass rebuild and bodhi being activated on the branch does not provide sufficient time to fix a large number of FTBFS (such as with F24 mass rebuild).
