#1557 Update Squid 3.4.13 to 3.5.10 in F22

= phenomenon =
Hi, I'm package maintainer of squid and I'd like to update Squid in F22 to version 3.5.10 from version 3.4.13.

= reason =
The reason, why I want to update to version 3.5 is, because of this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1312267 . There are security patches, which are not compatible with version 3.4 and they are not easy to backport.

Upstream also will not create patch for versions 3.4 and below, because "needs too much testig and we are not sure wev'e got all the bits yet.".

The main problem is in patch 13993 which wont be able to go back as-is 3.4 does not contain SBuf.

= recommendation =
Allow to update Squid to version 3.5.10. I will also update squid in Fedora 23 from 3.5.9 to 3.5.10, because major stability issues were fixed in .10.

Looking at http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Squid-3.5 it seems that 3.5 should be a drop-in replacement in most (but not all) cases. I don't think the risk is particularly high, so I'm +1 on this.
