Howard Ning (helloworld1) hasn't done a build since 2011.
I've started the non-responsive maintainer process on December 22nd by posting to fedora-devel (CCing Howard).

Please orphan his packages.
I'd like to take over goobook to bring it back into a working state.

+1 for orphaning package and transfer PoC to slankes
+1 to give ownership of goobook package to reporter slankes. helloworld1 is PoC for 4 packages. I see python-hcs_utils need to be orphaned but his other 2 packages already have one other PoC.
So this was not discussed in the meeting - possibly because there have been two +1 before the meeting.
What are the next steps? Do I need to do anything?
