I would like to take-over maintaining python-raven, however the original owner has apparently made a mistake so he cannot give ownership to me. From his e-mail:

I haven't been able to maintain python-raven for some time already, and for some reason (I think I messed up my groups) pkgdb doesn't let me to orphan or give the package. Could you contact an admin and ask them to give the ownership of the package to you? I don't even remember who should you contact on this case, maybe asking somebody in the ticket you link will help you.

As tjikkun says, although I am the owner of the package I cannot give ownership to anybody or orphan it. Each time I try I get the message "You must be a packager" probably because some time ago I deleted by mistake the packager flags in FAS.
Could you change ownership of the package?
