For the 2015-Jul-01 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce list on 2015-Jun-19.
IBus 1.5.11 will have the features of XKB prefix language icons on the panel in KDE 5 and support $HOME/.XCompose file in non-GNOME desktops.
Postponed for the 2015-Jul-08 meeting.
This looks simple Change to me. In this Change, owner is adding 2 features.
First is for KDE desktop where any xkb layout added using the IBus is showing the same icon which will be fixed to show relevant language prefix icons. This is already implemented for Gnome desktop.
Second, IBus is having hardcoded compose table for enabled locales. The hardcoding needed because there was no API to read compose table in gtk table format. so IBus developers hardcoded compose tables in gtk table format. Now with this change IBus developers have modified code so that compose tables will get loaded dynamically along with the option to have additional mappings written in $HOME/.Xcompose file. This will be available for all desktops.
