Hi, I'm Michael Šimáček and I would like to join provenpackager group. I've been member of Fedora community since 2013 and I contribute to packaging of Java libraries and development of javapackages-tools. I'd like to use provenpackager priviledges for quickly fixing minor packaging problems that arise from changes in our tooling or guidelines.

+1 I endorse this request as packager sponsor. Michael has been packager for over 17 months. During that time he fixed bugs in several hundred packages he doesn't have commit rights to, by sending patches to me for review and commit. Adding him to provenpackager group will make it simpler to fix bugs without sending patches to me.
It's also worth noting that Michael works on implementing Koschei and contributed many complex patches to mock. Involvment in both projects confirms his experience with rpm packaging.
