I'd like to become a provenpackager, since the parts of Fedora that I'm responsible for (Scala ecosystem pieces and Big Data SIG projects including Apache Spark) have many transitive dependencies that often go unloved. (I have separately requested ownership of the Scala package here: https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/1343)
I am an experienced packager (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packager/willb/) and reviewer. Ia am also a packager sponsor and an active member of the Big Data SIG. If I am approved as a provenpackager, I will only use my powers when absolutely necessary and only after coordinating with package maintainers whenever possible. Thanks for your consideration!
+1 for me Will is a solid packager, and I agree that Big Data & Scala packaging is painful enough to require a provenpackager.
