For the 2014-04-23 meeting as the Change Proposal was announced on devel-announce list on 2014-04-14.

SCL - Software Collections - are popular packaging format above rpm. Let's enable them for Fedora. More details on upstream page.

To sum up: goal of both groups (Env and Workstation WG) is similar - easier access to SCLs in Fedora. There are details like where should SCLs live and if those repositories can be enabled by default, which must be resolved.
