Recently we attempted to contact mbartos about a planet post, and were unable to reach them.
Their fas account email address was no longer valid.
Their former manager didn't have any updated contact information.
Their blog didn't have any contact information.
We set their account inactive on 2014-03-10, and they have not re-activated it. Their last activity in fas was 2013-06-13.
They maintain a few packages. I'd like to orphan those for new maintainers.

I've got in touch with Milan Bartos and he doesn't intend to maintain those packages anymore. I should be able to take over some of them.
