We've been talking about the PRDs being due in "January", but we should probably pick a date and announce it. I'd like to suggest that we choose a Monday so everyone has time to read them before the FESCo meeting.

I'd suggest Monday, January 13th to give people time to finalize things after the New Year.

We may also want to discuss revising the term "PRD" due to confusion and the fact that it isn't clear what the Base Design and Environments/Stacks groups need to deliver.
