Dave Ludlow (adsllc) has not reacted to bug #983759, and also attempts to contact him directly via email were unsuccessful. Following the nonresponsive maintainer policy, I've posted to devel [1], but no-one appears to know how to contact him (aka no reply to the post). Hence I'd now like to takeover the mingw-proj package, and I'm also willing to take over mingw-libzip and mingw-libgeotiff. The complete list of packages maintained by adsllc is
