Nominating to vote "en block" on this feature. The discussion lead to defaulting ibus-kkc (http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2013-February/177991.html).
If this is Not Default, does it change how it's documented as a feature?b
The newest wiki page says that the default (Japanese) input method will be changed to ibus-kkc. While ibus-kkc review request is still under review (needs approval for libkkc: currently under review by other person), I tried ibus-kkc and it seems to be working (I will approve ibus-kkc review request once libkkc is approved)
This feature was approved in the 2013-02-06 fesco meeting.

Sorry if I'm missing something, but it seems there was no mention of this item in the meeting log. I guess this has been mistakenly closed?
This feature was approved 'en block'. Meaning that no one had any questions or concerns so it was simply approved as a block with other features that also had no questions or concerns. ;)
So, it's approved and this was closed after that approval.
