@dgilmore mentioned this today, that he might change those paths some time in the future.

fedpkg should instead get the paths from the Koji config file.

There's a patch sent to Koji upstream which could make this much easier: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/buildsys/2015-August/004857.html

When that's in a released koji, it would mean that fedpkg wouldn't have to actually parse all the koji config files in the right order, but could just use that new API to get the config values.
