It's not submitting updated translation of comps upstream through transfix. Tried several times by refreshing the module's cache and retry submitting but still it did not work.
This is error message I've got:

Getting this when submitting:
**** Access allowed: transif is in ACL for comps/po. Checking in po/ko.po; /cvs/pkgs/comps/po/ko.po,v <-- ko.po new revision: 1.14; previous revision: 1.13 cvs [commit aborted]: could not open lock file `/cvs/pkgs/comps/po/,ko.po,': Permission denied
This issue is now fixed.
I exported the list of repositories/modules hosted on cvs-ext from the database, and Mike McGrath added transifex to the acl for these.
Also, I restored up all the CVS repository sandboxes, removing any uncommitted files.
