The mailman/admin page has the generic mailman text with a link to mailman/create saying "If you have the proper authority, you can also create a new mailing list." If you follow the link, you get the generic mailman page requiring the mailman site password.

This is not very helpful for fedorahosted.org project admins looking into the mailing list situation. The mailman pages should be customized so they link to a page somewhere that tells you the actual procedure for requesting mailing lists.

AFAIK, the procedure is just to file a ticket here, which is fine.
It would be nice if there were a "create list for your project" page that sent you directly to the newticket page with the form partially pre-filled with the right settings for a new mailing list request.
