It's a good remark. But I will be glad, if system-config-kdump can be hosted here. Source can be imported from there, but it's not so needed.

I don't care about code (it has been hosted and developed elsewhere for a long time), but in this CVS repo there are many translation updates, which have to be merged with modern source code.

So how would you like to handle this? Should I try to import from CVS or should I create a blank git repo?
