FAS2 has been causing some problems recently taking up more db connections then I think it should. Its not honoring our configs somewhere along the line. See:

Those spike shouldn't be happening. I've increased the amount of time between runs which will help, but not cure the situation.

Ok, I put a bandaid in that helps (made the sleep time between fasClient runs larger) we'll let this run like this for the weekend to avoid outages. Take a closer look on Monday.
this should no longer be an issue now that we've migrated.
