Also, I release a tarball for each upstream system-switch-java release since other distros package this tool. Previous tarballs are currently hosted at:
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/rhug
but it would make more sense to host future releases at fedorahosted.org. Can you provide a download directory for system-switch-java?

As far as tarballs, yes. They won't be there right now but hourly jobs create directories and such that will allow you to host them. see :
