Currently, all pages under Packaging/ (new and existing) are ACL restricted for edits. We would like for the "Talk" pages in this namespace to not be ACL restricted.
Just a clarification. Would you like to require the talk namespace require an account and CLA? or allow anonymous comments as well?
I've done it, just to clarify:
/wiki/Packaging/ is still only editable by people assigned to 'Packaging' in the wiki /wiki/Talk:Packaging/ is editable by anyone with a FAS account
