While typing my usual location to find Fedora lists (http://lists.fedoraproject.org)
it used to take me to http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/
it now takes me to: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/GobbyHowTo
Just like other projects lists.freedesktop.org they take you a listing of all available mailing lists for.

thats not where all the fedora lists are :(
unless we plan to move them off redhat.com this doesn't show users where the main lists are
We do plan on moving them eventually. All new mailing lists will get created at this location.
