Currently, there is only one ML [1] for go packaging related discussion. Unfortunately, it has been flooded with automatically generated messages of various sources. Making it absolutely unreadable for everyone who wants to talk about go packaging, guidelines, distribution related issues or just write something nice.

Following types of messages are generated:
- bz updates
- build system issues, e.g. broken dependencies
- possibly others (now or later)

= enhancement recommendation =

I would like to request for new ML golang-updates@lists.fedoraproject.org, which would be target of all automatically generated messages. The original ML golang@ would continue to live as a place for a general discussion about Go in Fedora (and possible other distributions that share the same problem).

Though the automatically generated messages are annoying, there are useful for getting information about their current state.

Once the ML gets created, I (or my fellow maintainers) will update settings of all go packages so their traffic is redirected to the correct ML.
