Right now, the icon for our hyperkitty site is the cute (although somewhat sad looking -- poor kitty!) cat logo. This is fine for identifying the site as hyperkitty, but not so good for identifying it as Fedora.
= analysis =
Especially as hyperkitty catches on, all mailing list archives will default to this, which makes it less useful.
And, if we want to make our hyperkitty instance a centerpiece of Fedora communication, we want it tied into our own branding and visual identity.
= enhancement recommendation =
Ask art team for a tiny fedora-kitty-mail-logo of some sort.
