We need a SOP for docs.fp.o. What software is involved? Where does it run? Do we have any common problems and how do we debug them? Who to contact when it breaks?

Ryan, I'm interested to work on this. I found out that it uses redhat's publican. Searching for further information. Can you assign this to me.

Your draft looks great to me. Would you like to commit it to infra-docs or would you like me to?
Note that the docs folks are talking about completely redoing the way they produce docs, which would require updating this, but in the mean time this is better than the nothing we have now. ;)
I've added a PR to infra-docs with this new sop and a few additions.
