Could you please add cloud-sig as a pseudo user to packagedb? And please add an alias for cloud-sig@ to cloud@lists.fedoraproject.org?
We wish to use this to monitor packages and bugs related to cloud and Atomic. I will create a bugzilla account for cloud-sig once we have an alias.

I don't think we are looking to have commit to package privileges for this user. We just need a way to make sure that updates / bugs related to packages for Atomic/Cloud SIG are sent to the list. So I think the FAS pseudo user is sufficient for now.
Question - is there a way to convert the pseudo user to group if we ever need to change things?
I'll look at creating the pseudo-user.
I don't think there is an 'easy' way, but we could drop the user from pkgdb and FAS, then create the group and re-grant ACLs to that group.
Ok cloud-sig pseudo user has been created in FAS and added to the packager group so you can grant him watchbugzilla.
Note that you will have to create its bugzilla account though :)
