I'd like to start moving the qadevel-stg machine over to qa.stg.fedoraproject.org but we currently only have a self-signed cert for that subdomain.
Since qa.stg.fedoraproject.org is on the HSTS preload list, that self-signed cert doesn't really work and it has to be a genuinely signed cert.
This should be completed.
