Fixed. This is setup by a cron job that runs once a day and it hadn't run yet.
I guess we could run it more often...

This shouldn't actually be dependent on the day cronjob. There is a fedmsg hook which is triggered when a meeting ends, which runs the needed script. Perhaps there is a hiccup with zodbot communicating with fedmsg or perhaps the correct mote-updater service on value01 is not running.
ah, perhaps that got messed up by all the netsplits the other day. Hopefully it's back on track now.
