This is related to #4883. I'd like to use chkbuild for the build task, while I'd like to monitor changes in ruby.

Remarks
A need this to have setup as multi-project setup, while the ruby can be changed back to single project setup.
I've created ruby-chkbuild and added building ruby-chkbuild as a step in post-build actions for ruby.
