Should be all created and available at:

glittergallery-dev.fedorainfracloud.org

your ssh keys should be on it.

Note that it is not backed up anywhere, so make sure to save all work on it.

It is in ansible, so we can adjust things there, but since it's a dev instance you don't need to make all changes in ansible.

Please let us know if you need anything further.

Sorry kevin but I was denied access. I had updated my public key on my fedora account just before I raised this ticket. I hope my old key wasn't added. I have added my public key as attachment.
Just to be sure, command I used to connect was:
{{{
ssh glittergallery-dev.fedorainfracloud.org
}}}

Try this: {{{ssh root@glittergallery-dev.fedorainfracloud.org}}}

Thanks mizdebsk. It worked. yay!

I have managed to lock myself out of this instance. I didn't logout of my last session, instead I just closed the terminal. I am not sure if thats the reason I am getting

{{{
Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)
}}}
error. Among other things I did in my last login was: install nginx, install my app dependencies and disable SELinux. I am positively sure that I didn't tamper with /root/.ssh/authorized_keys file.

I am really sorry for the hassle.

I can't seem to get into it at all either.

Can we just destroy it and reprovision? Or does it have data you need from it?

Yes you can delete the instance. However I would really like to know what went wrong. Would it be possible that anyone can look into ~/.bash_history?

I would hate to find myself in same situation, a few days down the road.

ok. I fixed this.

It was basically that somehow /root and all the files under it were not owned by root, and the permissions on the /root/.ssh/authorized_keys file was wrong, so ssh refused to use it.

I may be guilty of that. I was having hard time with nginx and always running into permission denied error. I had given permission of root files to nginx user.

Thanks Kevin, I will be careful.

Hi,
I would like to extend/renew this instance. http://glittergallery-dev.fedorainfracloud.org/ is no longer available. Probably because its lifetime expired?

I actually mailed you and waited a week before removing the old one. ;( Did you not see my email on it?

It was running Fedora 21 (which was end of life).

So, Fedora 23 for the new one? How long will you need it?

Did you not see my email on it?

Sorry, Kevin. I can't find any mail like that.

So, Fedora 23 for the new one? How long will you need it?

Yes, Fedora 23 would be great. Another 3-4 months should be enough.

ok. There is a new instance there at glittergallery-dev.fedorainfracloud.org.

Enjoy.
