Could notifications from the fedora-join trac please be sent to members of the fedora-join FAS group using the e-mail alias?
I do have admin rights on the trac, but I think it needs info on the smtp side which I'm not too sure of. :)

You should be able to do this with admin access.
Go to:
admin -> notification
and set the "always_bcc" or "always_cc" list to the users you wish to get email on all tickets. ;)
