FAmSCo decided to mark all ambassadors accounts, which are not active for more than 18 months, as inactive. This will drop inactive ambassadors from the ambassadors list e clearly state the status of a specific ambassador if someone wants to contact a Fedora ambassador in his country. After an open discussion in the ambassadors ML we run the script a first time and sent out an email to all ambassadors in this list. After 2 weeks we run the script a second time and now have a list of FAS accounts to set as inactive (the process is stated also in the wiki).
= fix recommendation =
I saw around half of the accounts are already INACTIVE, so the request is to run a bulk query over FAS to make the same also for the others. We '''don't want''' to remove anyone from the ambassadors group, contributors should be able to return back and get active again whenever they want, simply by setting their account as active again.
I can provide a list of the accounts we filtered out.

The accounts in the list have now been set to inactive.
