can you add duffy@ redhat to it?

They come to me, but i have had nothing but spam to it since -- there hasnt been a real request made through to my inbox since.

Maybe having a private ticket queue here on trac might be a better way to handle this? or has this been tried in the past?

I've added duffy@rh to the alias.

We could look at a trac instance, but that would be a higher barrier for people as they would need a fedora account.

If you would like to do that, just submit a request and we can set it up.
