I've recently updated the FPCA text in the Fedora wiki to reflect that the Fedora Council has replaced the Fedora Project Board. I'm pretty sure that FAS has an embedded copy of the FPCA text inside of it and will also need to be changed.

This has now been updated in fas upstream and thus will be in the next fas bugfix release.
Is there any urgency here? or just when we cut a new release for various reasons would be ok?
No real urgency, it can go out with the next new release.
