Reason for outage:

We will be updating and rebooting the development side of Fedora Infrastructure, including build system (koji), pkgs server, builders, databases and associated machines to bring everything up to date on errata. Additionally, time permitting we may migrate the main koji database server to rhel7. Note that maintainers are advised to not start builds before the outage window that will not finish before the outage starts.
