I guess this may be related to the move to pkgdb2 but at least for pseudousers it seems the InitialCC field in SCM Requests is not going into pkgdb.
Some SIGs like the Haskell SIG make heavy use of initialCC for tracking packages.
I think I "destroyed" most of the evidence though since I have been adding CC haskell-sig to packages missing it when I remember. I dunno if there are any other recent examples around.

I think I have a fix for this, but I would like Ricky to review it since he has been the last one to touch this script.
