#4472 Improve schedule/tasks documentation

= problem =
The tasks that each group has to do to release Fedora seems to be published at:
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-21/

But it is not clear, how to add new task items and how to notify who.
= analysis =
The schedule pages lack basic information about who is in charge and able to update the schedule (I belive it is jreznik) and where the sources are available to allow easily to prepare patches.

= enhancement recommendation =

Add documentation about who maintains the data and how to get it updated.

There's https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-project-schedule/ - ticket works for me (or direct contact - updated on the Trac wiki). But it's a good point it's not easily discoverable. I can add note to the Schedule page on wiki. Not sure about TaskJuggler schedules but might be possible to tweak HTML template.

Note has been added to the schedule wiki page and also bottom of generated Task Juggler HTML reports. Thank you for this suggestion!
