Flocktofedora.com is completely broken, only blank page is served. Flocktofedora.org seems to be partially broken (for example http://flocktofedora.org/location/ does not work), at least it shows some portions of the web.
I'm not sure who manages flocktofedora web, if it's under infra care...
Its doing the same thing as the magazine was until I turned on scaling gears. I am not sure if the site is running on open shift or not. Seems to be running out of ram which is what the white page is.

I restarted it and cleaned out some old logs that were taking up a lot of disk space.
