= bug description =
I wanted to change our Trac (https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa) workflow and enabled TracWorkflowAdmin 0.12.0.1 plugin, but the ''Workflow Admin'' page gave me just internal errors:

So, this is actually just cosmetic...
it's saying that because the default actions have no display name set.
If you edit them and add display names to the display name col, it should be happy.
I guess we could file an upstream bug here to have it show the default entries with display names the same as their actions?
