I think we have too many mailing lists already. I'd like to reuse at least the existing cloud and server mailing lists, and probably the desktop one as well (possibly depending on what the name for that ends up being).
It might make some sense for there to be new lists for base design and env/stacks.

Most of WGs reused old existing mailing list. People of Env and stacks wanted some new mailing list, so I would ask admins for new mailing list called env-and-stacks@ It seems to me as the least cryptic from proposed names. Admins should be probably those guys who can vote in Env group, so could you set up as admins: abadger, tjanez, skottler, bkabrda, j_dulaney, hhorak, petersen, mmaslano. (I hope I have those FAS names right).
Done. I added you as admin, you should be able to add all the rest of the folks you wish via the web interface.
Please let us know if there are any more lists needed.
